I'm an Information Technology Specialist with a strong base of skills in Network and System Administration. My expertise includes Cisco Routing, Windows Server, and automation via PowerShell. I have experience working with technologies such as SCCM and Microsoft Azure. In addition, I have over four years of customer service experience combined with an additional three years of experience troubleshooting and repairing Windows systems. I enjoy troubleshooting complex networking issues and collaborating with others to bring innovative solutions to the table. Currently, I’m seeking opportunities that will allow me to develop and learn new technologies in the networking field.
